Problem with data roaming file

I installed Minim on a Windows 10 machine. It worked fine but I could not get rid of the artists, genre etc categories which I had done on my old Win7 machne
So I re-installed. Now I cannot get in at all and get a red Minim which says
MinimServer. Unexpected exception java lang. unsatisfied link error. C:\users\myname\appdata\roaming\minimserver\data\tmp\native
which is as clear as mud to me.
I have Java 8 073 the latest installed
Can anyone help me clear this please

To remove all index entries, you need to set the indexTags property to 'none'.
