Displaying disc number
Hello Simon.Just wonder if there is a command line to add on minimserver properties that can display the disc number when i tab on "now playing" on the control point (bubbleupnp) to see the song metadata.
Like... Title Album Artist Album Artist Composer Track# Publisher Year Duration Genre Description e.t.c. ..or if it can be added in a future update release. Thanks! Meffy |

This isn't possible because there isn't a field in the UPnP metadata for sending disc number information to the control point. |

You could use tag formatting (Properties - Advanced tab; add the disc number to the album name to produce something like:
This old album, Disc 1 for which I guess the tag format would be Title.displayFormat={$album$discnumber^^^, Disc } The spaces would need to be included, and you would need to include discnumber in itemTags (Properties - Server tag). David |
