Minim icon not available in n-Stream

Hi all,

I am new here and also a new user of Minim; someone installed it on my Synology ds212+. Most of the time it works great. But sometimes i can't see the Minim icon in my Naim n-Stream app. Only after i restart Synology and clear the cache of the app the Minim icon appears again. I don't have this problem with the Mediaserver icon, that one is always available…

Anyone an idea about how to solve this?

BTW: i have a Mac

You could try setting the MinimServer ohnet.port property to 9791 and then rebooting the Synology. Please let me know whether this improves things.

i changed settings to 9791 (was 9790) and it seems to work… will keep you posted. thanks so far!

The recommended settings are 9790 for http.port and 9791 for ohnet.port. Is this what you have now?

my settings are different:
http.port = 9791
ohnet.port = nothing specified

but everything still works. should i change it anyway

If everything is working OK, you can leave it like this. If you find that the control point can't see MinimServer sometimes, you should change to the recommended settings.
