If you power the NAS off and on, does this help?

RE: Lighting DS
What exactly is happening? Does the song start and then stop or does it not start at all?
Also, what model of Synology NAS do you have? |

RE: Lighting DS
I haven't seen any other reports of streaming problems when using DSM 7.3. Please do the following to help me identify the cause of the problem:
1) Start playing a few albums from your NAS 2) From Synology Package Center, open the MinimServer configuration web page 3) Select the Properties tab, then select the System tab 4) Set the .logLevel property to debug, then click the Save button 5) Wait until MinimServer stops playing music 6) In Synology File Station, select the MinimServer/appData folder 7) Download the minimserver.log file from this folder 8) Zip or compress the minimserver.log file (this step is important) and attach the compressed file to a forum post. Don't try to copy data from this file into a forum post. 9) Set the .logLevel property back to its original value of info I will look at the compressed log file and let you know what I find. |
