Mac mini - Local network access
I have a new MacMini, fully up to date on Sequoia
Minim server fails to launch, with a log message"Networkaccess is disabled: enable access.
I see no disabled setting Advice please

This is caused by new checks in macOS Sequoia that require a new version of MinimServer.

You need to move the MinimServer app to the trash/bin and then download and install the 2.2.r5 version of MinimServer from the Downloads page. When you start this version, you should be prompted to allow local network access.
