I am investigating what has caused this and I will post back here when I have more information.

RE: License server error 500
It looks like there are duplicate MinimServer license activation records for the same device and this is what is causing the error message. I have disabled one of these license activation records and I hope this will enable you to activate your MinimServer full license for all your MinimServer instances on all your devices. Please let me know whether this has fixed the problem.

RE: License server error 500
Hello Simon
Thanks for the quick response.
First of all, the positive news: The system is up and running again. How did the problem happen:

My system crashed. After reinstalling, I was unable to activate the license. After some trial and error, I found out that the license was not renewed in December. Since I didn"t know that the license could be taken up again, I bought a new license (see below). It didn"t work with this either. While looking for the solution, I then came to the renewal and the global possibility to reset the license. After the reset, it still didn"t work and I made the above report. Later I had the idea to restart the system. That was the solution.

Now to the new license, which I don"t need. I ask for a refund of the amount. Data:

RE: License server error 500
Thanks for letting me know and confirming that all is well now.

After you made the report, I updated some information on the license database that had become corrupted. I think this is why restarting the system fixed the error.

I have issued a refund for your unwanted and unused license.

Hello Simon,
I was happy too early.
Before that, my thanks to the quick return.

Yesterday morning I found that five instances of six were not started (red). However, the launched instance was released on the starter license. My attempts all failed. I then reset all licenses. That didn't help either.

The message:

License Server Error 500: [E9A1240B] Too many matching activation Records
Thanks Manfred

I have made some more changes to your license records on the license database. I hope this will resolve the problem.

RE: License server error 500
Hello Simon,
When I click on the license buttun, a red message appears at short notice, which immediately disappears again. Then the following error message appears on the Status button:

License Server Error 500: [0eff86b9] Incorrect License Type 4

RE: License server error 500
This should be fixed now. I missed one place to change when I made the previous changes.
