Thanks for this. All the CPUs listed in post #6 have higher benchmark ratings than the J4125, so all of these should be OK for transcoding with settings similar to those you are using.

is it planned in the future to install Minim Server on an UGREEN NASync DXP2800 without Docker ?
I think Docker itself needs amount of ressources
