Can I wake up my nas using Wake on Lan through HI FI Cast or Bubbleupnp?

An older QNAP TS219+
My squeezebox could wake up the nas, but do not see any setting in HI FI cast ...

You should enable WOL on the nas configuration settings.
Don’t know if those specific apps can do WOL but you can find on Google Play or Apple App Store plenty of Wake On Lan apps, I use (on iOS) Mocha WOL and it works fine
