Synology overrides MinimServer?

I am trying MinimServer. It shows as running but with Lumin app I can only see Synology Server and not MinimServer.
Earlier I was trying with MinimServer running on my MacBook and that worked fine.
Apparently Synology Server overrides Minim Server somehow.
I suppose there must some workaround for this?

While waiting for a workaround by a forum members, I have found one myself.

Nothing ingenious, brute force really - reset once and wait, then second time... and like that some 5 times, until MinimServer finally came up visible in Lumin App.

I am away from home and I can't try this at the moment. It might be an issue with the LUMIN app. I have found that the LUMIN app is sometimes reluctant to find MinimServer and I have needed to restart the LUMIN app to resolve this. Do you see the problem with any other control point?

I believe it was Synology/MinimServer issue, not Lumin App. Did restart it few times.

Now, since server "appeared" it's been working fine the whole day.

Question: Is there a way that MinimServer automatically rescans for new music? I suppose the full license should be doing that by default?

MinimServer does not do automatic rescanning (with either the full or starter license).

Why not build in that option so who likes it fine and who doesn't still can disable it? :-)
