Missing FLAC files after rescanning

I am a new user. Music files on a Mac mini.
Finally a startup scan seemed to me complete. Then I ripped a few cd's using dBpoweramp to FLAC and put them in the same directory as the other music files. They are not recognised, it seems. I use Linn Kazoo.

Any help?

You need to rescan again after adding or changing any files. It will be much quicker than the first scan.

I did the rescan of course.

Please try stopping and restarting Linn Kazoo. There are cases where Kazoo doesn't pick up changes in the server library.

If this doesn't fix the problem, check the MinimServer log for error messages. There might be some problem with the ripped files that is preventing them being read by MinimServer. To see the log, select 'Show log' from the minim icon in the menu bar.

Both your suggestions have been done by me before. No result though. In the log file some remarks that don't concern the new files that I would like to add

Sorry to ask this, but are you sure you are doing a rescan rather a restart after adding the new files?

Yes, I did a rescan via the menu, and of course at some point I did a restart as well. Didn't help.

Please post a screenshot from Mac Finder showing the contents of the folder containing the new files that are not showing up when you do a rescan. Please also indicate which files are the new files.
