Gapless on Marantz NA11S1

Running Minimserver from Qnap 120 to Marantz NA11S1 with Bubble.
16/44 WAV CD rip of Grateful Dead's Blues for Allah works gaplessly, but new 24/192 WAV download does not, ruins the segue between tracks 1 and 2. The Marantz manual says all Flac/Wav files should be gapless. Any ideas on what is wrong?

For gapless playback, the renderer needs to start streaming the next track from the server before playback of the current track has finished. As a 24/192 track contains more data per second of play time than a 16/44 track does, the renderer needs to start streaming the next track sooner for a 24/192 track than for a 16/44 track. The exact amount of overlap needed depends on the speed of the network and the speed of the server device.

It sounds like the renderer isn't requesting the next track as far in advance as would be needed to receive a sufficient quantity of 24/192 audio data, so that the audio data is arriving at the renderer too late to enable gapless play.

It's nothing to do with the BubbleUPnP Android controller app (if that's what you mean by "Bubble"), either.

The BubbleUPnP controller instructs the gapless supporting renderer (via the SetNextAVTransportURI UPnP action) to start streaming the next track from the UPnP/DLNA media server within seconds of the renderer starting to play the current track. The only thing you can configure the BubbleUPnP app's control point to do as far as gapless support is concerned, is enable or disable it.

Why don't you try converting the hi-res WAV files to a compressed lossless format such as FLAC? The time saved to network stream less data per file track might might be enough to allow the Marantz to cue the next track's audio in time for gapless playback.

Is it a wired or wireless connection to the streamer?

Many sreamers only play gaplessly when controlled by the own manufacturers control app. Maybe you can try if the tracks are played without a gap when using the Marantz control app. If this works it is not a network problem.
