You can just rescan the files and MinimServer will find the embedded album art. You only need folder.jpg files if there isn't any embedded album art.

On the missing album art issue, I have restarted the Melco and re-scanned MinimServer multiple times. Still no luck, I am afraid. More album art is now displayed but at least 85% of the library is blank.

Any suggestions, please?

Which control point are you using? Perhaps the control point cache needs to be cleared.

Some progress at last.

With Kinsky, the missing album art would show if saved as a folder.jpg file.

With the Lumin app, its all there now. I can live with this.

This sounds more like Twonky than MinimServer. Are you sure you weren't accidentally accessing the N1A Twonky library from Kinsky?

LOL, you were right. It took a while for the MinimServer icon to appear on the Kinsky app, despite re-starting the Melco and Kinsky multiple times. No missing album art now Smile

Hi Simon, has there been any reported compatibility issues when connecting the USB output of the Melco to a USB DAC (in my case, Avantgarde Zero XD) with MinimServer installed? Are there any settings that I need to be mindful of?

When connected via USB to the Melco, there was silence. It works fine when connected to my Mac.

You would need to contact Melco about this. I am not aware of any such issues.

By default, the control points were pointed to the Lumin A1. Changed room/renderer and it works now.

Hi folks. Having installed Minimserver on my Melco (thanks Simon) I was wondering if there was some method whereby I could stream the music directly to my iPad? At the moment the Melco's connected directly to my DAC.
