MinimWatch was working perfectly until I joined a new internet provider

MinimWatch was working perfectly until I joined a new internet provider
A couple of days ago I upgraded to Fibre broadband with a different provider, and now the MinimWatch is grey and does not work.

What can I do to start it working again?
