Yes, the bug only affects the "fake" URL that is produced for the index, not the real URL that is used to serve the PDF file.

I see. In which case, can the "fake" url display spaces (and special characters) better? There are a lot of *20 for example. Or is that down to how the control point displays them?

Only the first part of the URL is "fake". The portion containing *20 is real.

The "null" problem is fixed now in MinimServer update 121.
