Shortcuts not found by MinimServer

simoncn - i didnt know about the right-click to run as admin, but that did the trick

aliasname - thanks, i ran the mklink /d script and was able to make the symbolic links.

now, i am able to see the folders when i use Hi Fi cast app, running minimserver
