The web API is not an interactive web page. The term "API" is an abbreviation for Application Programming Interface and a web API enables programmatic control of a server such as MinimServer using a web protocol such as HTTP (see this page).

You would use curl to send an HTTP POST request to MinimServer (running on a different machine) to invoke an operation via the web API.
