Simon, following my previous post I've installed Minimserver on my main pc running Windows 7 32-bit and with the latest Java installed and no ffmpeg. A quick test on R4 reveals that I am getting the same intermittent popping and crackling as via my laptop.

I'm so close to getting this to work satisfactorily and I would forgo the UPnP function on the other radios (which require a stream converter) if I could just get a nice clean listen on my Onkyo. I would then also be happy to make a donation.

Am I right in thinking that the Reciva radio is never going to play the streams?
