FFmpeg invocation error following Synology DSM update

I am on the same firmware level and I'm not seeing this problem. This might happen if the CPU or HDD is very busy with other activity when MinimServer is started. You could try rebooting the NAS to see if this fixes it.

If you still get the problem after a reboot, log in to the NAS using SSH and type the command:

ffmpeg

What output do you get?
