This looks like the correct setting. You can confirm that the subnet setting is active from the MinimWatch log, This should include a message

Using single subnet 192.168.2.4

Do you see this message in the log?

It's possible that MinimWatch is being blocked by the Windows firewall. As a test, please try disabling the firewall completely to see if this helps.

If this doesn't work, I will send you instructions for producing a low-level trace of the UPnP discovery messages sent and received by MinimWatch. There might be something about OpenVPN that is causing a problem with MinimWatch discovery.
