With this software layer installed on your music server, you can wrap an OpenHome renderer around a UPnP renderer to make it support OpenHome extensions. I have used it with the Lumin app to play to a Moon Mind renderer, which does no support OpenHome extensions natively. For me it worked very well. I have used it with the Kinsky app also.

As DavidHB wrote, without recourse to BubbleUPnP Server, I was never able to play more that a single track at a time on a non OpenHome renderer. This limitation is now gone. I must say however that I still prefer using BubbleUPnP app on Android whenever possible.

Hope this can help.

Thanks for this suggestion. Given the lack of good iOS control points that can play directly to a UPnP AV renderer, this approach is worth considering. I don't much like the idea of installing another product to compensate for Kinsky's limitations, but it might be better than the alternatives.
