Please set the MinimServer logging level to Trace and repeat this test. If MinimServer is doing something periodically when it is idle, there's a chance that this activity might show up in the minimserver.log file.

OK, here you go - if you skip to the end and look for >> *****GOES QUIET******** ---vvv Then awakens here you'll notice it mentions about ohNet - and repeats this at 17:52, 17:54, 17:57, 18:05

It looks like a device is accessing Minim - but I've checked all devices and nothing is running that would.
