I had a look at the Puddletag documentation. It supports \\ as a delimiter for multiple values, just like Mp3tag. If you use Puddletag instead of Easytag, you might have more success.

This means that MinimWatch can't see MinimServer on the network. This is probably a network issue. How are the QNAP and the MinimWatch laptop connected to the router or switch (wifi, ethernet, powerline)? Are they both connected to the same router or switch? What kind of router or switch is it?

If the machines are not both directly connected to the router or switch by ethernet, try doing this to see if it enables MinimWatch to see MinimServer.
