upgrading to latest version on Qnap ts-409

2.minimserever has been enabled

3.minimserver status set to disabled

On QNAP, it isn't necessary to stop or uninstall MinimServer 0.72 before installing 0.8.1.

From the messages you're getting, it sounds like you're using the wrong JRE version (ARM instead of Intel or vice versa). Which QNAP model do you have, and what is the exact name of the JRE .tar.gz file that you downloaded?
