Now I have tried it with another cd, and all works fine, I will try more. Is there any way to fix these files or should I re-rip them then?

I don't know of any way to fix a corrupt file. If the files have been corrupted by Metadatics, you should report this to the author of Metadatics. In my testing of Metadatics, I didn't try adding album art.
