I was looking for the URLs to use in the m3u file. However I have now found a site http://www.listenlive.eu/uk.html which lists most radio stations and if you look at the one you want either has the url or an m3u file which has the url.

This is a great website, and the home page http://www.listenlive.eu/index.html also has links to similar sites covering other parts of the world.
