Both the files you uploaded aren't valid WAV files.

The first file (04. Sia - The Bully.wav) has some zero padding after the last chunk in the file. This isn't allowed by the WAV specification.

The second file (05 Bastille - These Streets.wav) has an incorrect length in the RIFF chunk. This length is larger than the file length.

Also, both these files contain "ID3 " RIFF chunks for the ID3v2 metadata. MinimServer is looking for "id3 ", not "ID3 ". This means MinimServer isn't seeing the ID3v2 metadata. Which program did you use to add the ID3v2 metadata to these files?
