Minimserver not seeing one of my files

I was thinking that might be the problem. You get a bit used to accented characters just working on Windows boxes. The locale command returns:

As part of tidying up the Pi, I followed some instructions that included removing unused locales and I'd forgotten about doing that! I guess I need to add French back in
