The Lumin App only works if your renderer has Linn DS extensions - i.e. Linn DS hardware and the Lumin player.

You can get it to work if you install http://www.bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver/ which acts as a bridge between Linn Extensions and a "standard" UPnP renderer. I don't think gapless is supported though if thats important.

I've never been sure if Lumin is a great control point - especially if you use the extended functions of Minimserve for classical music, etc. but again thats a different subject...

Unfortunately, BubbleUPnPserver does not support gapless playback, and will not for the foreseeable future.
