I have looked into this. This exception is occurring before MinimServer is able to examine the atttributes for System Volume Information and see that it has the "hidden" attribute. This doesn't happen with other hidden folders, only this one.

I think the only solution is for MinimServer to check when handling this exception whether the folder name is System Volume Information and avoid reporting the exception in this specific case. I will add this check in the next update.
