Linn does not see Melco NAS

We'll start by turning everything off and on again. We have several switches, as well as several Linn streamers. Last week we also had some problems with a heat pump that's also connected to the network.
The router is a Fritzbox 7583 VDSL
I've previously adjusted it for IGMP snooping. I don't know if it's enabled or not. But first, let's turn everything off and on again! Thank you for now, Pieter

Start point is to switch to TWONKY server and then make a judgement.
Twonky does rescan in background all the time and the library should be always available.

If in doubt INITIALISE SETTINGS in case something got wrong in the update process.
But remember that downloader and language and time zone will need to be set again.

ERROR without any number usually means system is busy and cannot keep up – this is possible sign of poor HDD taking a long time to read data so priority is a backup – before backup make repair of illegal characters in SUPPORT as it maybe stops backup at some stage if you do not do this first.

When all is stable with Twonky then switch to Minim – remember that the first minim scan on a large library can take a long time.[/font][/font]

But as mentioned, first try turning everything off and on again and see if that solves the problem.
