MinimServer log not cleared

If the log window is cleared, then closed and reopened, it reopens with the old entries still there. This happens whether or not MinimServer has been restarted. I've found the cause of this, and it will be fixed in the next release. The fix will ensure that a MinimWatch instance never redisplays any log data that it has previously cleared. The log data isn't cleared from the server's log buffer, which means the cleared data would still be visible from a different MinimWatch instance. Also, if MinimWatch is closed and restarted, the cleared data would become visible again.
