MinimServer log not cleared

The internal log buffer that is shown by the log window is rotating (with fixed size), but the log file isn't. This is for two reasons:

1) It's often very useful for problem determination to be able to see the complete history of the current process execution in the log file.

2) It's quite difficult to implement a rotating file on disk.

OK, I understand the issue now. I hadn't noticed it because I normally leave the log window open when I do a restart. If the log window is cleared, then closed and reopened, it reopens with the old entries still there. This happens whether or not MinimServer has been restarted. I'll investigate what's causing this to happen.
