minim server status.. synology connection refused

Are you sure MinimServer is still running on your Synology? MinimServer might have encountered an error and stopped. To check this, do the following:

1) Login to Synology DSM
2) Open Package Center
3) In Package Center, select Installed
4) Click the MinimServer package and select Open
5) You should see the MinimServer configuration web page. If you don't see this page or if Open is not available as a selection, MinimServer is not running for some reason.
