playlists changed after minim refresh

I had a couple of hours this morning to look at the powershell script and I think it's sorted. It looks for .m3u8 playlists in the $sourceDirectory and writes them to the $targetDirectory.

Just modify the locations at the top of the script (4 in total) and run it in powershell (copy the entire script and paste it into the console).

I may enhance the script to handle the BubbleUPnP zip export as that's how my dad exports his, but I'm not sure yet.
