Thanks for the clear description of what you would like. This is sometimes referred to as a "drill hierarchy." MinimServer uses intelligent browsing, which shows all available tag choices at all levels. For details of how this works, see this section. Excluding available tag choices from the browsing selection is not possible. MinimServer also supports folder browsing via the [folder view] top-level index selection.
