Issue with Orbi router

It seems that Charles7 has a similar setup with MinimServer working on a PC connected to an Orbi router with a LAN cable. The difference could be the control point app (BubbleUPnP vs Wiim Home and HiFi Cast), different models of Orbi router, different levels of Orbi firmware or different Orbi configuration settings.

As I don't have access to an Orbi router, I don't think I can do much to help narrow down which of the above might be the significant difference.
