MinimServer uses the tags in your files to group albums and files for indexing. If the tags in your files (Album, Artist, AlbumArtist, etc.) are inconsistent, you will have problems with the indexes shown by MinimServer not being correct. It sounds like this is what you are seeing.

To solve this, you have two options:

1) Fix the tags in your files. You could do this manually using a tagging program such as Mp3tag (many others are available) or automatically using a program such as SongKong. SongKong uses the MusicBrainz database to find the correct tag values and writes them into your files.

2) Use [folder view] in MinimServer to browse your library by the folder structure you are using for your music library on your NAS.
