As you can see two instances of MinimServer, this means that MinimWatch is able to see MinimServer running on your NAS.

After you have deleted MinimServer from your laptop, start the desktop MinimWatch on your laptop. The icon colour should change to green. If the icon stays grey, please post the contents of the minimwatch.log file.
