As you are able to see MinimServer some of the time from some control points but not all of the time from all control points, it sounds like there is a UPnP discovery problem with your network. Please see this page for more information about how you can fix this.
As you have tried some of the suggestions on this page already, I suggest you look at your router configuration setting for IGMP snooping. What make and model of router are you using? |
