New Install-cannot see minimserver on control points

Did you try running Kinsky Windows on the same Windows PC as MinimServer? This test is important to eliminate possible network issues.

If Kinsky Windows running on the same Windows PC as MinimServer can't see MinimServer, this suggests that MinimServer has failed to start correctly. Do you see any messages in the MinimServer log?
