Stopped working since update

I have just seen this myself on Sequoia 15.0. After a reboot, both MinimServer and MinimWatch were blocked for local network access even though access for both was shown as enabled in Privacy & Security > Local Network. I disabled local network access for MinimServer (only) and re-enabled it. After this, both MinimServer and MinimWatch were able to access the local network.

This looks to me like a Sequoia issue with Local Network access, especially as disabling/enabling MinimServer also made MinimWatch start working. Also, a web search found a recent report of the same problem with another app.
