Stopped working since update

Still having problems here with Sequoia 15.1. I reinstalled the latest version of MinimServer, as well as the most recent version of JAVA 23. On start up with the iMac I am still getting an error message
Local network access is disabled: enable access and restart MinimServer

When I go to system settings, local network access, I see MinimServer appear and it is selected. If I deselect and then reselect the app then properly launches.

Each time the computer reboots however I continue to have to manually toggle on and off network access.

Any suggestions?
