These playlists should be named as .m3u8 instead of .m3u. This is because they both contain the UTF-8 character "horizontal ellipsis" (see this page). The file extension .m3u8 indicates that the playlist is encoded as UTF-8 and the .m3u file extension indicates that it is encoded as Windows-1252.

You should be seeing error messages in the MinimServer log telling you that the file paths containing this character cannot be found. If you are not seeing these messages, the following folder names might be encoded incorrectly in your file system:

Scott Walker ... Compilation
Volume, Contrast, Brilliance... (Unreleased & Rare) Vol. 2

I am not sure whether the other problems you are seeing are related to this issue. I suggest you fix this and try again to see if things have improved.
