I have just tested the new Intel M10 16GB.

It is listed correctly in the BIOS and formatting with ext4 went smoothly, as did the inputs.

But even with this SSD, the server cannot find the audio files.

From my point of view, these SSDs cannot possibly be defective or incompatible, otherwise they would not be displayed in the BIOS and the file manager and copying etc. would work perfectly.

So the error must be hidden in Ubuntu 24.04 or the minimserver.

In addition, both SSDs work perfectly in Windows 11 Pro, which further confirms their functionality.

So a lot of effort for nothing.

So from my point of view there are about four options.

1. Install and test Ubuntu 22.04.

2. Connect a new 2TB 2.5 inch SSD and hope for improvement.

3. Test an alternative from Simon?

4. Completing the project is not actually the goal.
