From what you said in post #6 I thought you had already tested this on Ubuntu 22.04 and it was working. Now in post #20 you say you have not tested 22.04. This changes the picture.

The symptoms you are now describing are consistent with a hardware issue that causes the connection to the NVMe drive to work sometimes but not at other times. This issue could be with the NVMe connection/adapter in your server or with the NVMe SSD. If this is the cause of the problem, changing from 24.04 to 22.04 is unlikely to make any difference.

Debugging this issue on your system using TeamViewer is not an option for me. Technical support for MinimServer is provided via this forum.
