Can't get showAllDiscs=true to work

Hi,
I'm trying to use the Multi Disc Albums function to see if I like it or not.

I have a fully licensed Minimserver.

serverOptions indexArtwork=auto,showAllDiscs=true
The disc number tag is set correctly to 1 or 2.

I extended the "album" tag by either " [Disc 1]" or " [Disc 2]"
I re-indexed the library, no effect.

I removed the space in the album tag "[Disc 1]" or "[Disc 2]"
Re-index still no effect.

I created a new tag DISCSUBTITLE=Disc 1 and DISCSUBTITLE=Disc 2.
Re-indexed still no effect.

I've fiddled most of the day with this but I can't make it work. Obviously I'm in error somewhere but I can't see where. I need enlightenment. :-)
