[split] BubbleUPnP does not find MinimServer

Next time this happens, please check whether MinimServer is still running. To do this, type http://x.x.x.x:9790 into the address bar of a web browser, where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the device running MinimServer.

If the MinimServer configuration web page is displayed, MinimServer is running and there is a UPnP network discovery issue as described above. If the MinimServer configuration web page cannot be displayed, MinimServer has stopped for some reason.
