[split] BubbleUPnP does not find MinimServer

I have a similar problem.
1. In the evening I set Windows Task Scheduler to execute
"C:\Program Files\MinimServer\bin\mscript.cmd" -c "prop stream.record=KCSM-1000"
at 6 am the next morning.
2. I put the Windows 10 PC to sleep.
3. At 6 am Task Scheduler wakes the PC and executes the action.
4. After 10 am, I go to BubbleUPnP on an Android tablet. It does not find Minimserver. I go the PC taskbar, Exit Minimserver, then launch Minimserver from its desktop icon. Then BubbleUPnP can find Minimserver.

My library is on the PC SSD. A stream gets into my audio system from PC to home network router to Denon LinkHS2 wifi receiver.
