MinimWatch does not run on Windows ARM Microsoft Surface PC

Please try this from a command prompt window:

C:
cd "/Program Files/MinimWatch/lib"
javaw -jar mwatch.jar

Windows should be doing this when you double-click the MinimWatch laiunch icon but sometimes you need to configure Windows to make it happen.
