Playlist format

The answer to question 1 mainly depends on the configuration of MinimServer. If you have configured /volume1/Music_NAS/Music as content directory your choice is fine. If you have configured /volume1/Music_NAS/Music/FLAC you need to add /volume1/Music_NAS/Music/Playlists also as content directory.

Answer to question 2, refering to your example I would write in a file the is stored in /volume1/Music_NAS/Music/Playlists with music files under /volume1/Music_NAS/Music/FLAC:
../FLAC/16/John Hiatt/Slow Turning/12 - Feels Like Rain.flac
